Who am I?
My name is Aleksandr Poniaev, and I am an interior designer passionate about creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also enhance people’s quality of life.
I began my independent design practice in 2018 when I established my own interior design business. Since then, I have been working continuously in the field, helping clients transform residential and commercial spaces into functional, comfortable, and visually inspiring environments.
Over the years, I have successfully completed more than 100 interior design projects, each tailored to the unique needs and lifestyle of its users. My experience has taught me that great design goes beyond aesthetics - it has the power to influence how people feel, think, and interact with their surroundings.
This belief led me to develop my own project focused on psychologically supportive interior design. Through ongoing research, I explore how spatial planning, lighting, materials, colors, textures, and other design elements can contribute to emotional comfort, reduce stress, and create healthier living environments.
I am a member of the Union of Designers of Russia and actively share my research through professional articles dedicated to my methodology and the relationship between interior design and psychological well-being.
My work and professional activities have been featured in various media outlets and design publications, reflecting growing interest in my approach to human-centered interior design.
Today, I continue to expand my research and professional practice internationally, with a particular focus on the United States. I am always open to collaborating with architects, designers, developers, healthcare professionals, and researchers who share the vision of creating spaces that positively impact people’s lives.

Each room is brought to life through high-quality, photorealistic visualizations based on the approved design brief and final space plan. We use real furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials that are available for purchase within the agreed project budget, ensuring the final result closely matches the approved design.
To make sure every detail meets your expectations, the project includes one major design revision and up to seven minor revisions per room, allowing us to refine the design before moving into the implementation stage.

Every successful project begins with understanding your vision. We start by getting to know you and discussing your lifestyle, preferences, and goals before carrying out a detailed on-site or remote measurement of your property.
Once the measurements are complete, we sign the agreement and develop a comprehensive design brief covering your preferred style, color palette, functional requirements, budget, and any specific elements you would like to include or avoid.
Based on this information, we create two to three space planning concepts. Together, we review each option, refine the details, and select the layout that best suits your lifestyle before moving on to the next stage of the design process.

Process
Once the interior design is approved, we prepare a complete set of technical drawings based on the final visualizations. Throughout this stage, we work closely with you to review and refine the key construction plans, ensuring every detail is clear before implementation begins.
This includes lighting layouts, lighting circuit plans, and detailed electrical drawings showing the placement of power outlets and switches. Careful coordination at this stage helps eliminate uncertainty during construction and ensures a smooth, efficient installation process.
Once all drawings have been finalized, we deliver the complete project digitally, including specifications and links to the selected materials and products, unless an alternative delivery method has been agreed upon.
